Tomorrow is my birthday I will turn 33. While it scares me to age another year it also gives me motivation to make this the year of change in my life. I want to get back in shape. How will I do this. I will blog and journal my journey through here and “My Fitness Points” and instagram.
What do I want to succeed at. I want to go from 198 pounds back down to 120 pounds or so and this is my journey “#Back2Fitmomma” if you have any questions or just want someone to talk to feel free to message me. I will be doing this through a membership at my local Planet Fitness and also through yoga and watching what I eat and cutting out my sodas (This will be my hardest part of it all.)
